Charcoal Chan Bistro in Glen Waverley seeks a Head Chef / Kitchen Lead to oversee daily operations, design kitchen systems, and drive a contemporary fusion menu. This hands-on leadership role builds structure from the ground up and shapes workflow across the BOH team.

You will collaborate with front-of-house and management to deliver consistent quality, manage stock and food cost, and lead menu tastings and recipe development.
