Supervisor Estimator - Insurance Building (Builders & Leading Hands welcome)

We currently have a fantastic Supervisor Estimator chance with a highly respected and sort after mid sized insurance repair builder.

The Role

Projects range from residential, commercial and industrial insurance repair jobs. Providing variety and professional growth. Projects may also range from BAU to major loss.





The company is fantastic at training and development and open to bringing on candidates with strong construction (residential) background with little to no insurance experience.

Full time, on the road, office work with WFH benefits and flexibility.

Salary range - $100k - $130k + vehicle + super (experience dependent).

You

Insurance Supervisor/ Estimator experience preferred but not essential

Overseeing projects/"running jobs", including budget control

Managing trades

Strong customer service skills/people and management skills

Organised with attention to detail and skilled presentation

Team Player

Current Drivers Licence

Pre employment police check

Bonus - Cert IV Building & Construction or Bachelors in Construction field
