Are you an experienced Centre Director who genuinely enjoys leading people?
ANZUK are partnering with a well-established, early learning service in Sydney's Est to find a Centre Director to lead this beautiful service.
The opportunity would suit a Director who enjoys the people side of leadership. You'll be trusted to manage the day-to-day running of the service, build robust relationships with educators and families, and continue developing the strong connection to community.

What's on offer?

- Salary of up to $140,000 + super , depending on experience

About you:
We're particularly interested in speaking with candidates who are strong people leaders .

You'll ideally bring:

- Previous leadership experience within an early childhood service
- Confidence managing, mentoring and developing educators




- The ability to navigate difficult conversations and resolve team conflict constructively
- A track record of building positive, accountable team cultures
- Strong relationships with children, families and educators
- Proficient working knowledge of the NQF, NQS, EYLF and relevant regulations
- An ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- GECCKO Child Safety Training
- FULL working rights in Australia
