Relationships Australia Queensland (RAQ) is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for Bundaberg. You will supervise service delivery staff, provide clinical oversight, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with the Regional Manager.

This is a permanent part time role (9 days/fortnight) focused on high-quality client services across multi-disciplinary teams. You will lead case management, risk screening, and service planning, with a focus on safety, duty of care, and regional operational
