Hamilton Island is seeking a practical Workplace Health & Safety Business Partner to support safe working practices across our diverse, multi-industry resort operation. You’ll work with operational leaders to embed safety into daily activities and provide explicit advice on hazard controls.

This role offers on-island opportunities, training collaboration with Learning & Development, and the chance to influence safety culture across construction, logistics, hospitality and aviation activities.
