National 360 is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join Geelong region as a Practice Mentor. You will independently manage your own caseload across homes, clinics and community settings, focusing on high‑quality, evidence‑informed care.

You will provide informal mentoring, support team learning and student development while engaging with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes for people in the community.
