Vicinity is recruiting for a Retail & Tenant Relations role based at Vic Gardens Shopping Centre with weekly commitments at Broadmeadows Central. You will manage a portfolio of retailers, optimise sales, maintain robust tenancy relationships, and oversee lease variations, compliance, and centre performance.

You will work with Asset and Centre management teams to deliver targeted engagement strategies, improve customer experience, and maximise income across centres.
