Northern Health seeks an experienced Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 4 to join the Broadmeadows Adult Inpatient Unit as the MHICAR Clinician on a fixed-term contract until April 2027. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, recovery‑oriented care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will provide nursing leadership, support Safewards initiatives and work within the DoH frameworks, with commitment to trauma‑informed practice and workforce mentorship.
