Laurent Bakery Group is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for the Day Shift in Melbourne's Braeside area. You will lead daily bakery production, manage machine setup, coordinate with planning and maintenance teams, and ensure quality, safety and schedule adherence.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience in food manufacturing, and solid planning skills. Bakery production experience is advantageous but not essential.
