Irvin Bullbars, a leading manufacturer of premium bullbars and vehicle protection equipment, is seeking a hands on Sales Manager to lead our sales function, drive outbound activity, and grow our customer base across the automotive and motor trades sector. This role is ideal for a motivated sales leader who thrives on being in the field, building relationships, coaching sales behaviours, and personally driving revenue. You will oversee the sales team while actively engaging customers, managing key accounts, and ensuring consistent pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

Lead by example through daily outbound calls, customer follow ups, and proactive business development.

Set explicit sales activity expectations and ensure consistent execution across the team.

Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are actioned and opportunities progressed.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, automotive businesses, and trade customers.

Conduct regular site visits, product demonstrations, and face to face sales meetings.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Irvin Bullbars products and solutions.

Oversee quoting, order processing, and CRM accuracy to maintain a clean and reliable sales workflow.

Work closely with Operations, Production, and Dispatch to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Represent Irvin Bullbars at trade shows, expos,



and industry events.

Provide weekly reporting on sales activity, pipeline status, market trends, and customer feedback.

Identify gaps, opportunities, and process improvements to strengthen sales performance.

Support the development of sales tools, scripts, and customer engagement strategies.

About you

Minimum 3 years of proven outbound sales experience, ideally in B2B or trade environments.

Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring sales activity, even in an unofficial capacity.

Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).

Background in automotive parts, accessories, dealerships, or motor trades is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Highly self motivated, organised, and comfortable working both independently and in a small team.

Full Australian Driver's Licence.

Full Australian working rights.

Previous experience selling bullbars, 4WD accessories, or automotive protection products.

Understanding of vehicle compliance, fitment processes, and trade-based customer needs.

Familiarity with regional trade networks and automotive supply chains.
