GD Recruitment PTY LTD is hiring a Facility Manager for a medium-sized residential aged care home in Brisbane's Northern Suburbs. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive compliance, workforce planning and financial performance while fostering a positive culture for residents and staff.

The role is permanent full time, Monday–Friday, with autonomy to decide and shape service delivery in collaboration with clinical leadership and an experienced Operations Manager.
