We’re looking for an organised, proactive Inspections Manager who enjoys being out and about, working independently and getting things done.
About the Role
You’ll support our Property Management team through property inspections, condition reports, rental opens and other property appointments. It’s a varied, hands-on role where reliability, attention to detail and follow-through matter.
Saturday rental opens are essential, with time off in lieu during the week.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and provide clear reports and photos.
- Prepare accurate, detailed ingoing and exit condition reports.
- Conduct midweek and Saturday rental open inspections.
- Attend miscellaneous property appointments, including meeting suppliers and providing access.
- Collect, return and organise property keys.
- Support other property management tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For
You’re reliable, punctual and organised, with the ability to manage a busy appointment schedule and communicate professionally with renters, clients and suppliers.
Experience in property management, leasing or inspections is highly regarded, particularly preparing condition reports. You’re comfortable using technology, notice what needs attention and follow tasks through to completion.
An Agent’s Representative qualification, current driver’s licence and Saturday availability are required.
