Goodstart Seymour is seeking an Educational Leader to drive high-quality learning across the centre. You will work with Educators to observe, review and continuously enhance the educational programs, grounding practice in the Early Years Learning Framework.

You’ll collaborate with the leadership team to lead transformative changes, mentor staff, and elevate educational outcomes for children. A Diploma/Bachelor in ECE and WWCC are required.
