ABOUT THE ROLE

- Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop and guide the team to meet operational goals
- Drive results by achieving KPIs and supporting strong sales performance
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, and suppliers
- Use your product knowledge to build customer confidence and encourage repeat business
- Ensure the workshop remains organised, safe, and operating efficiently
- Maintain compliance with the Quality Assurance System and established service standards

ABOUT YOU

- Demonstrated leadership experience within an automotive service environment
- Sales-focused with a strong background in customer service and performance outcomes
- Dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing and motivating a team
- Current WA driver's licence
- Automotive trade qualification (preferred but not required)
- Available Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday mornings
- Sourcing parts from various suppliers
