Vicinity is seeking a commercially minded Mall Leasing Business Development Executive to join our Mall Leasing team. You’ll identify recent retailers, brands and concepts and bring them into Vicinity’s centres through pop-ups, kiosks and short-term activations.
You’ll build a strong sales pipeline, negotiate leases and activations, and collaborate with centre management to curate the right retail mix that drives occupancy, revenue and a best-in-class customer experience.
