Hamilton Island Enterprises is seeking a practical, hands-on Workplace Health & Safety Business Partner to support secure working practices across our hospitality, construction, aviation, marine, logistics and engineering operations. This role requires you to live in or relocate to the Airlie Beach area and commute by ferry to Hamilton Island.

You will identify hazards, manage risks and embed safety into everyday activities, working closely with operational leaders to deliver practical safety
