State Swim is expanding by acquiring In2Swim Swimming School in Brookvale and transitioning it into a State Swim facility. The Operations Manager will lead daily site operations, coach and develop staff, manage rostering and safety, and ensure a welcoming learning setting for families.

The role includes in-water teaching shifts and one weekend day per week, with interstate training during onboarding. You will oversee the learn-to-swim program initially and guide the school’s transition to
