MS Queensland is seeking an experienced leader to direct a Support Coordination team, ensuring participant choice, safeguarding and service quality. You’ll manage workloads, coach staff, and drive performance, compliance and change-readiness across the Milton-based hub with a hybrid pattern.

You’ll partner with senior leaders and external stakeholders to optimise processes, workforce planning and budgeting while upholding person-centred practice and NDIs requirements.
