At Peter Stevens Epping, we are looking for a Motorcycle Sales Consultant who thrives on building relationships, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and helping riders find the motorcycle that is right for them.

Whether you are an experienced salesperson or someone with a passion for motorcycles and a strong customer service background, we will give you the support, training, and opportunities to develop a successful career in motorcycle sales.

What You Will Earn:

- Uncapped commission paid fortnightly. On every bike you sell, you earn a share of the profit on the bike, plus the accessories and finance & insurance that go with it, with a guaranteed minimum per bike. You also earn a bonus for every trade-in.
- For driven sales professionals, our uncapped commission structure provides the opportunity to be rewarded for every success. Based on expected performance levels, including a minimum sales target of 25 units per month, on-target earnings are approximately $110,000.

What You Will Be Selling and How:

- Sell newHonda | Triumph | KTM | Kawasaki | CFMOTO| Royal Enfield motorcycles, quality pre-owned motorcycles and the parts, accessories and finance solutions that enhance the ownership experience.
- Manage customer enquiries from walk-ins, phone calls and online leads through to the delivery.
- Arrange test rides, coordinate handovers, and build long-term. relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Work closely with our Parts, Accessories, Service and Finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Your Hours:

- Full time,



5 days a week, rostered across Monday to Saturday.
- Saturday work is required, because it's our busiest day.
- No work on Sundays or public holidays.

What You Will Need:

- A current and valid motorcycle licence.
- Availability to work Saturdays.
- A customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle.
- A results-driven mindset with the motivation to achieve and exceed targets.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
