About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional who has experience with management reporting and workforce budgeting to join our Delivery team.

In this role, you will work directly with customers to understand their existing management accounting, budgeting and reporting requirements, as well as workforce budgeting needs, and implement these in Breeze to deliver improved financial planning, management reporting and decision-making outcomes.

We are looking for a finance expert to work directly with clients to implement and improve their management accounting, financial reporting and workforce budgeting within Breeze.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both finance and consulting — someone who can understand how a client's financial and workforce information works, challenge and improve processes where appropriate, and translate that knowledge into practical solutions within Breeze.

What You Will Be Doing

Work with clients to understand their financial planning, workforce budgeting and reporting requirements.

Analyse client financial and workforce information, structures and processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Design and implement management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting and workforce budgeting within Breeze.

Develop workforce budgets by translating staffing structures, positions, salaries, FTEs and other employment costs into financial plans.





Map and integrate client financial and workforce data into Breeze, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Configure, test and validate Breeze solutions to meet client requirements.

Work with clients to develop meaningful reports, dashboards and financial insights to support decision-making.

Provide consulting, training and support to help clients effectively use Breeze.

Work closely with Product and Development teams to communicate client requirements and identify opportunities for product improvement.

Build strong client relationships and provide practical financial and system expertise throughout the implementation process.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines financial expertise, analytical thinking, consulting skills and an interest in technology.

You don't need to have worked in software implementation before. What's important is that you understand how financial information is used to manage an organisation and can apply that knowledge to help clients improve their processes and reporting.

What You Will Bring

Experience in management accounting and/or management reporting.

Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and financial performance reporting.

Experience preparing or analysing management accounts.

Experience with budget vs actual and forecast vs actual analysis.

Experience with workforce budgeting, including employee costs, FTEs and staffing structures.





Strong understanding of financial data and how it flows through an organisation.

Experience working with financial systems, ERP systems or reporting platforms.

Robust Excel and data analysis skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The confidence to work directly with clients and ask the right questions.

A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.

Experience that would be highly regarded

Experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous:

- Local government finance
- Financial planning and reporting systems
- ERP implementations
- Data mapping and transformation
- Management reporting system implementation
- Consulting or professional services
