Australian Unity Limited is seeking a Workforce Analyst to help transform how we support people in communities. You will forecast contact volumes, build and optimise rosters, and ensure data accuracy across systems to improve service levels and customer experience.

You will partner with team leaders and stakeholders to align staffing with daily priorities, and support campaigns and seasonal changes in a busy contact centre setting.
