Qualifications Required

Candidates must hold a veterinary degree that is eligible for registration in Victoria and have completed a minimum of 12 months in a surgical or rotating internship programme. Applicants should demonstrate a strong commitment to pursuing ECVS specialist qualification and possess the motivation, adaptability, and clinical aptitude required to undertake a rigorous surgical residency programme.

Salary

We offer highly competitive base salaries tailored specifically for board-certified and residency-trained veterinary specialists, with additional production opportunities that can significantly increase overall earnings. We also offer no negative accrual, supporting financial stability while you focus on high-quality specialist-level care. Sign-on bonuses are available up to $100K depending on specialty, experience, and location.
