Redcape Hospitality is looking for a Gaming Manager to join the leadership team at Prospect Hotel Motel .

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, getting to know the regulars and bringing out the best in their team. Working closely with the Venue Manager, you’ll look after the day-to-day gaming operation and help create extraordinary experiences through warm, attentive and responsible service.

What you’ll do

- Lead, roster and coach your gaming team to build their skills, confidence and pride in great service

- Get to know your regulars, welcome current guests and lead by example to create extraordinary experiences

- Keep your gaming room looking its best, with high standards of cleanliness and presentation

- Build a positive team culture where people feel valued, supported and enjoy working together

- Uphold responsible gambling practices and meet gaming, liquor, safety and venue requirements





- Monitor gaming performance and work with your Venue Manager to improve day-to-day operations

What we’re looking for

- Experience as a Gaming Manager, Gaming Supervisor or Assistant Manager with solid hands-on gaming knowledge

- Sound knowledge of NSW gaming operations, compliance and responsible gambling practices

- A leader who takes pride in exceptional customer service and coaches their team to deliver it

- Someone who wants to grow as a leader and build a career with Redcape

- Current NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG

- Availability across a full-time roster, including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays
