You will support CFA Volunteers, leaders and brigades to resolve conflicts, strengthen leadership and foster healthy brigade culture across the Southeast region. Travel, after-hours work, and a driver’s license are expected.

Part-time and job-share options are open for consideration, with hybrid work arrangements and robust emphasis on inclusive, trauma-informed interventions.
