YMCA of Northern Territory Community Services is seeking an Aquatic Coordinator/Duty Manager to support Borroloola Pool under the Remote Pools Project. The role is full-time with an early November 2026 start, operating year-round as a vital community facility.

You will oversee protected pool operations, lead staff, supervise lifeguards, and deliver aquatic programs while engaging with community partners and stakeholders. Accommodation and remote living allowances apply.
