As a Technical Compliance Officer at Fiona Stanley Hospital , you’ll support the Estate Compliance and Asset Management function within our Engineering, Energy and Utilities operations. You’ll help maintain effective compliance practices and support the safe, reliable management of facilities and assets. Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders, you’ll contribute to an environment where quality, safety and continuous improvement are part of the way we work.

As a Technical Compliance Officer in the Estate Compliance and Asset Management team , you’ll make a positive impact by:

- Monitoring technical and asset compliance requirements and supporting timely action
- Maintaining accurate compliance records, registers and supporting documentation
- Reviewing technical information to identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Supporting audits, inspections and assurance activities across facilities and assets




- Coordinating with internal teams and service partners to address compliance requirements
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen safety and service quality

- Solid attention to detail with a practical and organised approach to your work
- Confidence maintaining records, reports and compliance documentation

- A collaborative mindset and commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
- A strong compliance background and an understanding of high-risk fire, gas and regulatory requirements
- Experience working with WorkSafe and the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) or similar backgrounds is highly beneficial
