About the Role
Make a meaningful difference in the lives of Aboriginal young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing culturally responsive homelessness services, ensuring high-quality support that empowers young people to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes. You will lead a dedicated team, manage program performance and resources, strengthen partnerships, and drive continuous improvement across service delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading homelessness programs that are client-centred, trauma-informed and culturally responsive.
- Managing and developing teams through coaching, supervision and professional leadership.
- Driving program performance, service quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Overseeing budgets, workforce planning, resources and operational outcomes.
- Building strong partnerships with government, community organisations and key stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated experience managing human services, homelessness, community services or related programs.
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing and supporting high-performing teams.
- Experience managing budgets, reporting requirements and program operations.
- Sound understanding of issues impacting Aboriginal young people, homelessness and community services.
- Exceptional communication,
stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

Compliance Requirements
To be successful in this role you will hold, or be willing to obtain:
- Relevant qualifications in Human Services or Management or Significant experience in the provision of Human Services
- Current Working With Children Check
- National Police Clearance - Obtained within the last 6 months
- Safe Environments for Children and Young People (Through Their Eyes) Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
