They are now looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who wants more than simply inheriting a list of clients. You’ll have the opportunity to build a caseload around your clinical interests, help shape the OT service as the team grows and potentially progress into a leadership position in the future.
Why this role stands out
- $85,000 – $120,000 + Super, depending on your experience
- 40% bonus on billables completed above your KPI
- Salary reviews based on sustained performance – consistently exceeding expectations can lead to an increase rather than waiting for an annual review
- $20 travel payment for every community visit, rather than relying purely on cents per kilometre (more bang for buck)
- Manageable target of 25 billable hours per week / 5 per day
- Caseload built gradually around your interests and experience
- Strong existing relationships with Support Coordinators and an active referral pipeline
- Half-day every Friday
- Flexible start and finish times to suit your life outside work
- Predominantly mobile initially, with a major new clinic opening shortly
- Structured induction with time to understand systems,
processes and the team before your caseload increases
