Eastern Health is seeking a Grade 1 or 2 pharmacist on a full-time fixed-term basis until November 2027 to support mental health services. The role involves collaboration with patients, families and a broad care team, with opportunities for career development and cross-site work.

Applicants should be registered pharmacists with public hospital experience and a strong commitment to high-quality care within a diverse team. Visa/work eligibility in Australia is required.
