Mediflora Organic Health is seeking a Digital Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in Byron Bay, NSW. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving patient acquisition and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. As Digital Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising our digital acquisition strategy across multiple channels to reach and convert new patients. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative health technology environment where your expertise will directly impact the company's growth trajectory.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital acquisition strategies across search marketing, paid social, display advertising and other digital channels to meet patient acquisition targets

Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media advertising and other performance marketing platforms to maximise return on ad spend

Conduct patient market research internally and externally to identify opportunities for patient acquisition and stay ahead of industry trends

Monitor, analyse and report to CEO on key performance indicators (KPIs) including cost per acquisition, conversion rates, patient lifetime value and return on investment

Collaborate with creative, content and analytics teams to develop compelling ad copy, landing pages and patient acquisition funnels

Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources across channels to optimise performance and maximise acquisition efficiency

Test and experiment with new digital channels, tactics and technologies to identify cutting-edge acquisition opportunities

Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, customer acquisition,



social media or performance marketing roles

Proven expertise in managing paid search campaigns or agencies, social media, particularly Google Ads and Meta.

Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, data interpretation and reporting tools

Solid understanding of conversion optimisation, landing page design and customer journey mapping

Experience with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, specifically Hubspot.

Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and vendors simultaneously

Robust communication skills and the ability to translate data insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or related field, or equivalent professional experience would be beneficial.

Experience in with a telehealth business and regulations would be ideal.
