This position requires a strong understanding of maritime operations, vessel manning requirements and regulatory compliance, combined with exceptional organisational and coordination skills.
You will play a key role in ensuring PMG's vessels, crews and documentation remain compliant, operationally ready and capable of supporting project requirements.

Why Join PMG?
This isn't a traditional administration role.
You'll be a key member of PMG's Marine Operations team, working directly with vessel crews and operational leaders to support a fleet undertaking marine construction, dive and infrastructure projects throughout North Queensland and beyond.
This role offers the prospect to:
- Work within a highly specialised and growing marine business.
- Play a direct role in vessel compliance and operational readiness.
- Build strong relationships across marine operations and project teams.
- Influence marine systems, compliance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop your career within a diverse marine construction environment.
If you're looking for a role where your maritime knowledge, organisational skills and operational mindset can make a genuine impact, we'd like to hear from you.
