Hill McGlynn is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager for its South East Melbourne operation. You will lead a team of approximately 20 staff through supervisors, shape end-to-end warehouse, logistics, dispatch, QA/compliance, and drive process improvements to create a scalable operation.
Reporting to the CEO, you will develop SOPs, manage inventory accuracy, maintain cold-chain standards where applicable, and build solid supplier partnerships to optimise costs and service levels.
