Sam Riley Training and Development in Springfield, QLD is seeking an experienced Swim School Manager to lead day-to-day operations, staff management and student progression in a brand new swim school.

This full time role covers safety, programme delivery, budgets and marketing to maximise enrolments while delivering high-quality aquatic education for all ages.

You will train and develop instructors, liaise with families, ensure compliance with industry standards and foster a welcoming environment.
