Baxter is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to drive excellence across our ANZ operations in Australia. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, ensure exceptional service delivery, and improve processes to boost customer satisfaction.

In this role you will supervise performance, resolve complex issues, and partner with cross-functional teams to align customer service strategies with business objectives. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends may be required.
