Your New Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage recruitment for an established portfolio of clients in supporting a consistent pipeline of engineering, construction and technical roles.
Working within an experienced team,
you will take ownership of the recruitment process with a robust emphasis on headhunting and candidate engagement while building trusted relationships with existing and new stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone who’s confident on the phone, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can make an impact from day one – without the pressure of building a desk from scratch.
You will:
- Manage recruitment requirements across existing client accounts
- Attract and engage suitable candidates from various sources for current and prospective roles
- Establish and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Make outbound calls to engage active and passive talent
- Conduct interviews to ensure the right match for client requirements
- Attend networking events and maintain visibility in the market
- Attend client visits in Sydney
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates through consistent follow-up and clear communication
- Work closely with senior consultants and the Managing Director to ensure successful outcomes
Your Background
A proven track record as a high-performing Recruitment Consultant preferably in the white collar recruitment
Strong account management and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of the Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical or Construction industry is desirable
Confident communicator with a strong phone presence
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Proactive, self-motivated and results driven
