Alliance Rehabilitation

Townsville

We're an allied health crew with several clinics across Townsville and Mackay and we are looking to grow our team with good people, like you!

If you are a qualified (or soon-to-be) clinician looking for a role in Townsville, let's catch up for coffee, lunch, or dinner, and have a real chat about what you are looking for in your next role. Bring your partner, kids, mentor, bestie - or all of them - and we'll pick up the tab.

Allied health in North Queensland is a small world; so, it's worth getting to know each other. Odds are you've crossed paths with our service or team before. And if you're brand new to town? Welcome!

About the Role

This role is primarily about therapy, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. We're a generalist service with a large, varied, though substantially NDIS caseload. We expand and develop specialist skills when the community needs them or when they keep our work interesting.

Why You'll Love Working Here

Work alongside physios, dietitians, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and more. We share skills, celebrate wins, and genuinely enjoy working together.

Four-day work weeks / eight-day fortnights.

A no-questions-asked personal leave policy.

Wellness Days (use personal leave to recharge - beach, movies, whatever makes you well).

A varied, complex caseload with a culture that supports your growth.

Regular socials, tuck-shops, and parties.

Winners of Best Major Enterprise at the 140th Townsville Chamber of Commerce Business Awards.

Quality certified - we take being well-organised seriously.

Admin crew that keeps paperwork under control so you can focus on clients.

We invest in modern, well-designed clinical spaces that feel comfortable and look professional.

About You

You're down-to-earth, collaborative, and comfortable having meaningful conversations. You're passionate about person-centred care and client advocacy. You like learning recent things, growing personally and professionally, and keeping things fresh - but you also value stability.

Must-Haves

AHPRA or peak body registration (or soon-to-have)

First Aid, CPR, Blue Card, police check and driver's licence

Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number and Disability Worker Check

Pay

We're offering a salary package range of $90,000 to $120,000 plus super, CPD allowance, and bonuses. That range reflects real differences in skills and experience, whether you're a new graduate or a seasoned clinician.

At the end of the day, we want you to feel respected and fairly paid - we're open to an honest chat about what that looks like for you.

Bonus Programs

Some people want to push their limits, rack up the hours, and see their pay reflect that. Others prefer to work steady, keep balance, and leave it at that. Both are totally fine with us. Our team is about evenly split between the two camps - and that balance works.

We've got strong bonus schemes if you like performance rewards. Overtime is also available if that's your thing. But here's the key: it's optional. You'll not be side-eyed for not chasing bonuses or pressured to grind overtime.
