This position sits within the People and Culture team and is part of the Corporate Branch.
The Senior HR Advisor provides expert guidance and support to DTA employees on a range of human resource matters including, Work Health and Safety (WHS), rehabilitation, performance management, and employee conduct.
This role offers the chance to work across diverse areas of HR, helping you build broad expertise while exploring what truly interests you. You’ll be supported to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful initiatives that shape the employee experience at DTA.
