We are seeking a Residential Aged Care Facility Manager for a small not- for -profit residential aged care facility, servicing Hillston and surrounding communities. Aged care experience is a prerequisite to step into a management role at an amazing facility renowned for its caring and compassionate culture.

The Manager will be coordinating and leading the care team in a supportive and versatile working environment. The facility has an excellent local reputation with a community feel, run by a progressive board committed to development and growth.

Requirements

- Key Requirements
- Registered Nurse orQualified within a professional field
- Ability to relate well toolder people and their families
- Successful and provenmanagement experience with proven leadership skills
- Able to manage a diverseteam of people within aged care, hotel, or hospitality
- Knowledge of Aged CareAccreditation and desire to learn
- Highly organised and aself-motivated person
- Interpersonal skills withan ability to grasp, investigate, disarm, and solve issues
- People managementexperience – including performance, selection, development, and attendancemanagement

- Ensures that the facility is compliant at alltimes.
- Maintains a high standard of care delivery andservices to residents at all times.

- HumanResources:

- Manages staff and roster effectively to ensuredelivery of care and services to a consistently high standard within budget.
- Ensures minimal staffing or industrial issues.

- A.C.F.I:

- Manages A.C.F.I. to ensure income isappropriately claimed for resident care needs and required service provision
- Ensures claims are accurate and alldocumentation is provided to minimise losses or increases of income atvalidation.

- Operations:

- Manages the facility to ensure it is operatingefficiently and within agreed budget.
- Manages occupancy and ensures this ismaximised at a consistent level.
- Goods and services are provided consistentlyat a high standard.

- StakeholderSatisfaction:

- Ensures that residents and other stakeholdershave a consistent level of satisfaction with the care and services provided .
