With Grace Therapy is seeking Psychologists, Accredited Mental Health Social Workers or Mental Health Occupational Therapists to join our Caloundra practice as independent contractors.

Whether you're established in private practice or ready to make the transition, we offer a welcoming space to do meaningful work, develop your clinical interests, bring your authentic self to your work and build a caseload around your strengths.

We're particularly interested in clinicians who enjoy working with adults, couples, mental health, trauma or eating disorders. You don't need experience across every area we welcome different interests and expertise.

Our preference is for at least two in-clinic days per week, with optional telehealth half/full days and scheduling agreed around your availability and room access. If you are seeking a telehealth only role, please also reach out.

About you

You are a trauma-informed, person-centred Psychologist, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker or Mental Health Occupational Therapist who values collaboration, professional autonomy and quality care.

You’ll need:

- At least two years of clinical practice experience; clinicians newer to private practice are welcome.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist or Occupational Therapist, or AASW mental health accreditation as an AMHSW.
- Relevant mental health experience and Medicare provider eligibility for your profession.
- An ABN and appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance before commencing.
- Sound clinical judgement, transparent communication and timely documentation.
