Venue Manager – Inala Hotel, Queensland

We are seeking an energetic, commercially minded Venue Manager to lead a flagship hospitality venue in Inala, Queensland.

Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 + Superannuation + Bonus + Incentives.

Contract type: Full‑time, Permanent.

Location: 42 Ferny Avenue, Gold Coast 4217, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Charge for and create a destination venue, championing local patronage and repeat visitation.
- Build the venue's reputation as a must-visit dining and sociable destination.
- Partner with Marketing, Events and Commercial teams to design experiences, activations and promotions that increase revenue.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, presentation and operational execution.
- Manage labour, inventory, expenses and departmental resources to optimise profitability.




- Monitor financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve the bottom line.
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring compliance with all brand standards, policies and regulations.
- Recruit, develop and retain exceptional talent, fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Culinary Operations or related field, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- OR minimum of 3 years relevant experience in leadership positions or a tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Food Service Management or related discipline.

Candidate Profile: A proven hospitality leader with a passion for food, beverage and guest experience, strong people leadership, commercial acumen and the ability to thrive in rapid‑paced, high‑volume operations.
