We are seeking a W365 Support Engineer who can provide technical support across Windows 365, Microsoft Intune, Windows standard operating environments, endpoint management, identity, application delivery, monitoring, and cloud desktop environments. You will work with business and technology stakeholders to resolve Cloud PC issues, support configuration requests, investigate endpoint and platform issues, and deliver low-to-medium complexity engineering and operational improvements across active client environments.

Qualifications

Preferred Education and Experience

- 5+ years’ experience supporting Windows 365, Microsoft Intune, Windows endpoint platforms, live client environments, application support, or solution delivery roles.
- Experience supporting Cloud PC provisioning, Windows SOE engineering, device configuration,



application deployment, endpoint compliance, SIT, end-user coordination, UAT, go-live activities, ticket resolution, and managed services programs.
- Familiarity with Windows 365, Microsoft Intune, Windows 10 and Windows 11, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph APIs, Azure Monitor, Log A...
