Yancoal Australia Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance crews at Blackwater, QLD. You will coordinate daily operations to ensure equipment availability while upholding safety and company standards, reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent.

The role requires a relevant trade qualification and supervisor competencies, plus experience in mining or heavy industry. The roster is 7/7 day shifts of 12 hours, with opportunities for career development and competitive advantages.
