This is an exciting prospect to shape and grow the Macedon Ranges visitor economy through strategic partnerships, destination development and industry engagement initiatives. The role plays a vital part in supporting local businesses, enhancing the region's profile and delivering economic benefits that contribute to Council's long-term vision and community prosperity.

About you

The successful candidate will bring strong stakeholder engagement, tourism development and project coordination skills, along with a collaborative approach that aligns well with Council’s culture and values. They will demonstrate initiative, adaptability and a genuine passion for supporting and growing the visitor economy across the Macedon Ranges.

We support flexible working arrangements . This role is initially office-based for onboarding, with hybrid work available in the future once established in the role, subject to manager approval and operational needs.
