Early Childhood Teacher | Near Picton | $60 per hour + WRP
Anila Recruitment is partnering with a well-known and highly regarded Early Learning organisation seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join their established preschool program near Picton NSW.
You’ll work alongside an experienced leadership team and a dedicated group of educators to deliver high-quality early learning outcomes.
You’ll play an important role in implementing a strong curriculum, supporting children's learning and development, and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.

- Permanent full-time position, Monday-Friday
- 38 hours per week with a flexible rotating roster
- Up to $60 per hour + super + WRP - depending on experience

Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
- Creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive
- Supporting children's learning, development, wellbeing and school readiness
- Observing, documenting and assessing children's individual learning and development
- Developing and maintaining high-quality learning programs based on children's interests, strengths and needs
- Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families and the wider team
- Working collaboratively with educators to ensure consistency and continuity of learning
- Supporting children's social and emotional development and positive behaviour
- Contributing to reflective practice, curriculum discussions and continuous improvement
- Maintaining accurate documentation, learning stories and portfolios
- Ensuring the program reflects the principles and practices of the EYLF and National Quality Standard
- Maintaining a strong understanding of child protection, health, safety and regulatory requirements
- Participating in team meetings, professional development and quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and respects each child's identity and culture
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent recognised qualification
- Has current NESA accreditation (Provisional or Proficient)
- Has experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher within an early learning or preschool setting
- Has a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality learning outcomes for children
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Is confident working collaboratively within a team
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of child development, curriculum planning and documentation
- Is committed to inclusive practice, reflective teaching and continuous improvement
