The Prospect
Haste Recruitment is working with a respected boutique buyers agency to recruit a property professional covering Brisbane's inner and outer suburbs, within a 20km radius of the CBD. This opportunity suits an experienced Buyer's Agent or an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent looking to move into the buyers agency space. You'll bring strong lead generation skills, an established network and the ability to source your own opportunities. In return, you'll have a dedicated in-house sales trainer supporting your development and, if you're moving from sales, your transition into buyer advocacy.
The Role
You'll help owner-occupiers and investors secure the right property, managing the buying journey from the initial brief through to settlement.
- Generate new business through prospecting,
referrals and industry relationships
- Build your own client pipeline and source buying opportunities
- Identify suitable on-market and off-market properties
- Complete market analysis and property due diligence
- Negotiate purchase terms and guide clients through to settlement
- Build strong relationships with selling agents and industry contacts
About You
You're an experienced Buyer's Agent or Real Estate Sales Agent with a proven ability to generate leads, build relationships and source your own deals. You'll bring:
- A track record of results in buyer advocacy or residential real estate sales
- Strong prospecting, lead generation and business development skills
- Sound knowledge of Brisbane's residential property market
- Confident negotiation skills and clear client communication
- A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Availability for weekend inspections, your own vehicle and a valid driver's licence
