UGL is seeking an experienced Subcontractor Manager to join our Perth team on a 6-month casual contract, supporting a major project in the Resources & Energy West Division.

You will drive downstream subcontractor engagement, develop procurement plans, issue tender packages, negotiate terms, and oversee contract handovers to project delivery teams. This role requires solid commercial acumen and stakeholder management in the Australian construction sector.
