Progressive Property currently offers high-quality property management with a loyal client base and a growing portfolio. We are perfectly positioned to expand into sales and looking for a highly ambitious, motivated and experienced sales agent.

The Offer

This will be a challenging but rewarding opportunity to be an equity partner in your own agency. Take the reins and run the new sales division according to your vision. You will have many existing relationships and be able to generate your own business. We will provide support in branding, marketing, compliance, administration, support staffing and accounting, as well as be a source of leads from our rent roll.

The proposed remuneration features a generous split of sales commission and equity depending on the candidate and additional commissions and equity from property management leads.





In addition to your OTE is the ability to grow equity and create passive income for future. The intention is to grow the sales division together to become a strong and successful sales brand over time.

Your Experience

- Proven experience/track record as a successful real estate sales agent (you must have 5+ years current experience as a sales agent)
- Very strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and well presented
- Someone who has ambition to start their own business & values a small company dynamic where ambition, dedication and initiative will be highly rewarded
