An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Centre Manager to take the lead at a well-established shopping centre located in Perth’s northern suburbs.

This is a hands‑on leadership role overseeing the day‑to‑day operations, retailer relationships, financial performance and presentation of a busy sub‑regional centre.

The Opportunity

- Lead the day‑to‑day management of a well‑established NOR shopping centre
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, contractors, stakeholders and the wider community
- Oversee centre operations, facilities, compliance, risk management and presentation
- Manage centre budgets, operating expenditure and service contracts
- Work closely with asset management, leasing and marketing teams to drive centre performance
- Oversee capital works, maintenance and improvement projects
- Provide leadership and direction to the centre management team
- Benefit from a comprehensive handover and transition with the long‑standing incumbent Centre Manager

About You





We are seeking an experienced Retail or Centre Manager who is confident managing a busy retail asset and understands what it takes to create a well‑run, commercially successful shopping centre.

You will ideally bring:

- Previous Centre Management experience within a retail or shopping centre environment
- Strong retailer relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Sound understanding of retail operations, facilities, compliance and OH&S;
- Robust financial and budget management capability
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills
- A proactive, hands‑on approach and genuine focus on customer and retailer experience
