You would be joining our team at Integrate Rehab in Queensland on a full time or part time basis. In this role you will be responsible for providing evidence-based assessments and report services to individuals with complex disability. Your expertise will play a crucial part in supporting our clients' access to services to support their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Our clients have complex medical conditions and disability. We look for team members who can demonstrate that they love and respond positively and proactively to those types of challenges; and can see the deep satisfaction from delivering superior outcomes when faced with complexity.

What you'll be doing

- Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop individualised reports and rehabilitation plans that address each client's unique needs and goals
- Using standardised assessments to complete thorough assessments of function and the impact that the disability or injury has on function
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic assessment approach
- Analysing medical and allied health information to determine treatment, care and support services
- Maintaining detailed client records and documentation in line with professional standards
- Participating in continued professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in rehabilitation
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our rehabilitation services

What we're looking for

- A postgraduate degree in Nursing, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in the health sector




- Proven track record of delivering compassionate and effective services to individuals with severe physical, cognitive, or psychosocial disabilities
- Strong clinical assessmentskills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attributes including determination, proactivity, curiosity, and empathy
- An authentic commitment to embrace and grow from unfamiliar client circumstances
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Demonstrated history of striving for best outcomes
- Resilience coupled with an authentic desire to be challenged by and learn
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality
