Bayside Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a rotational hospital-based role on the Mornington Peninsula. You will work with senior pharmacists and multidisciplinary teams to optimise medication management and support evidence-based prescribing.

The position offers opportunities for education, service improvement and engagement in research within a cooperative health service. AHPRA registration and hospital experience are essential.
